Toplam 50 m2 kullanım alanlı bu ev, Üzümlü meydana çok yakın olması nedeniyle ailenin ilgisini çekti. Evi ihtiyaçlarına en uygun şekilde, mutfağın bahçeyle ilişkisi, bağımsız ve rahate ebeveyn yatak odası, çocuklar için asma katlı ve ranzalı küçükama eğlenceli bir oda, her iki katta rahat iki banyo, altı kullanılan heykelsi bir merdiven ve sonunda da kullanışlı dış mekanlarla donattık..
Orijinal döşemenin bir bölümü kaldırıldığı ve ev 1. derece deprem bölgesinde olduğu için içten çelik profiller ve döşeme ile sağlamlaştırma yapılan ev gönül rahatlığı ile çocuklarla beraber yaşamak için uygun dar kesim bir giysi gibi tasarlandı..
